Village kids Day Camp K-5
Get all the best of a day camp experience and summer camp rolled into one! Campers experience the worship, games, small groups and extra fun afternoon activities of our day camp programs, plus the added bonus of getting to creek splash, hike, go to the pool, and have campfire worship. Don’t forget the hot dog roast and Smores! Campers are onsite from 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. with an optional early drop off and pick up times.
Campers blaze new trails in their faith as they explore what it means to follow Christ, meet new friends, serve others, and learn more about God’s creation through hikes in the woods and spending time with our on-site naturalist. Campers stay in our Hilltop Cabins and have their first off-site outing to the local swimming pool!
Off the Grid 3-5 and 6-8
Hiking and Camping the “Wilds” of GEV’s 500 acres. Prepare for the most primitive onsite camp program. Part of the adventure is to go Off the Grid and set up camp there together in a new secret location (forest, field, rocky outcrop?—that’s part of the fun). The final part of the adventure is finding your way back to camp. Campers bond as they explore the far reaches of Good Earth Village (or perhaps a new mystery location), enjoy the outdoors, and build deeper relationships with God and each other on and off the trails.
Experience the adventure-filled days and laid-back nights of an Old West style camp. Pioneers sleep in Old Town Village, learn outdoor skills, cook meals over the fire, care for animals, play awesome group games, and learn more about their faith as they spend time in the “Good Book,” share stories and songs around the campfire, and take care of each other. This camp includes also includes a trip to the local swimming pool.
Glow in the Dark 6-8
Our campers and staff fell in love with this twist on a classic camp experience. Campers transition from a regular schedule to an up "all night" and then back to a regular schedule. This camp includes the best of Good Earth Village as well as new light-filled fun!
Campers explore their faith like the early Christians did—as a community! The main focus of this camp is helping the Explorers learn to work together and care for others and all of God’s creation. This is done through large group games, worship and activities (such as longer hikes and cooking meals together outdoors), small group devotion time, plus a service project and overnight camping and canoeing trip. Campers stay in Explorer Village.
