Every summer, a team of caring and committed young leaders arrives at Good Earth Village with one shared purpose: to create a safe, faith-filled experience for every camper who walks through our gates. Our 2026 summer staff have been trained in outdoor leadership, first aid, and Christ-centered mentorship, and they bring energy, creativity, and genuine love for the work they do.
These are the people who will lead your camper on trail hikes through 500 acres of southeast Minnesota bluffs, sit beside them at campfire, and walk alongside them as they grow in faith, confidence, and community. We are grateful for each one of them, and we think you will be too.
