Outbacks

Adventure awaits in The Outbacks! Each day, campers will head “out” to explore hidden gems and regional landmarks, then come “back” to unwind in the Main Street cabins. On the very first night, campers get to craft their own adventure by selecting from a variety of exciting local outings and activities.

Campers will travel to Base Camp at Fort Snelling, where they’ll challenge themselves on the rock wall, build teamwork through group initiatives, and practice their aim at archery. They’ll continue their exploration with a trek through Mahood’s Cave, a climb down Devil’s Drop, a peaceful canoeing experience, and the chance to cook one of their meals over the fire, true outdoor adventure at its finest.

Outback campers spend the week immersed in nature. This program goes beyond traditional camp life, inviting youth to embrace leadership, teamwork, and reflection while navigating God’s world in powerful new ways.
