Each summer, a team of passionate young adults comes together to create something beautiful: a Christ-centered camp experience where kids, youth, and families encounter God through nature, community, and play. As a member of our summer staff, you'll lead with purpose, grow in your faith, and walk alongside others in a community rooted in love, service, and transformation.

Roles You Can Fill

Whether you're on the front lines with campers or behind the scenes making the magic happen, every role matters.

  • Counselors – Build relationships with campers and guide them through daily camp life with compassion, energy, and joy.

  • Leadership Team – Provide guidance and mentorship to counselors while helping shape the rhythm of the summer.

  • Health Officer – Keep our community healthy and supported. (Perfect for nursing students or those with healthcare experience.)

  • Media Staff – Capture the heart of camp through photography, video, and stories to share with families and supporters.

  • Kitchen Crew – Serve up delicious meals with heart and humor. No experience required—just a team mindset!

  • Program Coordinators – Plan and lead worship, games, and special programs. A role for creative spirits and ministry-minded leaders.

Your Summer at a Glance

  • Leadership Training: May 26-29, 2026
  • Staff Training: June 1-12, 2026
  • Summer Season: June 14 – August 9, 2026
  • Pay: $450/week (plus housing, meals, and priceless memories)
  • Internships: Most roles are eligible for college credit, ask us how!
  • Safety First: All staff must complete a background check and references before hiring. Camper safety and staff well-being are our top priority.
